Dear colleagues,
On behalf of AGS, it’s section of Young Gastroenterologists and Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you the conference of AGS with international participation "Challenges of screening and surveillance for gastrointestinal cancer: local practice vs. european standards" that will be held in Hotel Mona Plaza, in Belgrade, from 4- 5 April 2020.
The conference is supported by United European Gastroenterology (UEG) and co-organised with the Bulgarian Association of Gastroenterologists and Gastroenterohepatology Association of Montenegro.
In order to promote young clinicians in networking, making strategic recommendations, shaping current and future initiatives related to gastroenterology and hepatology, the Association of Serbian Gastroenterologist with its Youth Section has set to organize this
Conference in Belgrade, Serbia. It will be a great moment bringing together numerous lectures, leaders in their field of expertise, from Italy, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, Croatia, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Serbia.
The conference sessions include presentations of challenging clinical cases followed by up-to-date guidelines and evidence-based management of the current topic, with each session chaired and commented by established GI experts and young gastroenterologist.
The conference will be organized in April 2020 and all participants will have the opportunity to experience spring in the City of Belgrade, which is according to latest published reviews in 2019, including The Guardian, in top five cities to visit this season.
We sincerely hope that this will be a great networking opportunity to promote new ideas and experiences, followed by successful collaboration and new friendships among all European colleagues.
