ABSTRACTS - INSTRUCTION FOR SENDING

HOW TO PREPARE AND SEND A SUMMARY
- The abstract can be submitted exclusively via e-mail: draganamijac@gmail.com
no later than September 20, 2019.
- The title (capital letters) should be clear and informative.
- Abbreviations should be avoided in the title but can be used in the text if they are defined at the first use.
- Specify 2 to 6 keywords at the end of the summary.
- The abstract should have up to 300 words (no titles, names, and author's allegations).
- The summary should be written using the font Times New Roman 12pt.
- The names of the author (full name and surname) and institution in which they are employed (institution, city, state) are given without the use of titles, addresses and postal codes. The name of the author who will present the work should be underlined.
- The summary should be structured in the following way: introduction and goal, method, results, conclusion.
- The summary should be as informative as possible.
- Make sure that the summary does not contain spelling and / or grammatical errors because it will be reproduced without correction, exactly as it is sent.
- The summary should be submitted in Serbian or in English.
Oral presentationof selected abstracts:
5 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of discussions
Oral presentations in the MS Power Point format should be delivered to the Technical Support of the congress on USB 2h in advance or at the break before the beginning of the session on which the lecture is planned at the latest. If non-standard fonts are used, the font used should also be provided. The chair of all sessions will evaluate the presentations and on the basis of their grades the best oral presentation will be selected.
Poster Presentation:
- The posters should have a maximum dimension of 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width)
